Hi, I'm Fedir Shaiko, a product designer who cares about building profitable businesses that make the world a more efficient place. I enjoy working on B2B SaaS projects and diving deep into complex domains.

In my most recent role as Lead Product Designer at Supercede (Series A, raised $20MM total), I led product design efforts to transform insurance data storage, analysis, and reinsurance placement. You can learn more about the product and my impact here.

I excel when I'm accountable for business outcomes rather than just deliverables. I'm comfortable owning and executing on a roadmap. I spend time to become discreetly familiar with the engineering infrastructure, something that I believe all product designers need to do their best work.

My expertise is in building functional products, from ideation and design to execution. I continuously collaborate closely with Clients, Customer Success, and Sales to identify what needs to be built and work with Engineering to determine how to build it. I'm good at descoping to ensure features are delivered quickly and effectively.

I prefer working remotely and have a strong track record of fostering a collaborative team culture in this setup. I believe a blend of low-distraction remote work and focused in-person sessions is highly effective.
